What You're Purchasing

When you purchase MVPKit, you receive a license to use the source code for unlimited projects. This is a one-time purchase that includes:

• • Complete source code for Django backend and Next.js frontend
• • Lifetime updates to the codebase
• • Standard support via email
• • License for unlimited projects and team members

License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• • Resell, redistribute, or share the MVPKit source code
• • Create derivative products to compete with MVPKit
• • Share your license with anyone outside your organization
• • Remove copyright notices from the source code

Refund Conditions

• •Request must be made within 3 days of purchase
• •You must delete all copies of MVPKit from your systems
• •You cannot use any code from MVPKit in your projects after refund

No Warranties

MVPKit is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that MVPKit will meet all your requirements or be error-free. You use MVPKit at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount you paid for MVPKit. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of MVPKit.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of MVPKit or violation of these terms.
